My approach
However you practise yoga with me, and whether you have loads of yoga experience or none at all, my approach remains the same.
I'll empower you to:

Develop a yoga practice that feels right for you: No striving to force your body into poses that don't feel right. Instead, I'll encourage you to really listen to and honour your body, as you explore variations and approaches that not only feel safe, but also help you to cultivate the benefits that your body needs right now.

Discover the strength within you: No going through the motions. Instead, I'll support you as you harness the physical and mental energy deep within you, and access poses from a place of greater confidence and integrity.

Deepen the impact of your practice: Move beyond a yoga practice that's purely physical. Instead, I'll guide you as you take a more holistic approach, using your connection with your body, your breath, and your mind to experience your practice from a place of greater internal awareness.
